Ordering Process
1. Enquiry
Choose one of our designs and change it to the way you like or bring your own design, and we will discuss what we can do.
We can help you come up with a design that will suit your restaurant or cafe.
2. Quotation
Once you are happy with the design and material you have selected, we can provide a quote for you.
Our price is affordable because you are dealing with the artist directly.
3. Deposit
We require a 30% deposit on all orders, balance payble when completing the work.
4. Making
Aftre receving a deposit, we will start making your pieces right away.
However, it is a long process. Making, turning, drying, firing, glazing and another firing... it will take about 2 months to complete. So please make sure to order in advance.
5. Delivery
We are happy to deliver the products or you can come and pick them up from our studio.
